The 16th ICESALM 2019 Organizing Committee cordially invites contributors from academia and industry from all over the world to submit their original research in the forthcoming conference which will be held in Chania, Greece, during July 1-3, 2019.
ICESALM reflects today's complex enterprise environment. The Integrated Enterprise is better endowed to cope with the extremely competitive business environment influenced greatly by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) (see e.g. Stefanou, C.J. (2013) “E-Enterprise: Organizational Issues of CRM, SRM, and ERP Systems Integration”, In: E-Logistics and E-Supply Chain Management, IGI Global, editors: D. Graham, I. Manikas & D. Folinas). In addition to Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Education, Human Resources and Organizational Learning and Knowledge are of the outmost importance for today's enterprises.
The conference seeks to investigate thoroughly how the disciplines of Enterprise Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship as well as Education and Knowledge Management or their interaction can enhance business performance in the contemporary, complex, and competitive environment. As it was the case with previous conferences, presenters and attendees originate from a variety of disciplines, including Business and applied Economics, Accounting, Logistics, Management, Strategy, MIS, IT and/or Computer Science.
All submissions will be in English and will be double blind peer reviewed. The conference accepts complete research papers, research-in-progress papers, and abstracts.
A best paper award, based on the marks assigned by the reviewers and the final decision of the conference chairs, will be awarded for a full paper at the conference. At the author’s prerogative, this paper as well as other high quality papers will be considered for publication at a major scholarly international journal.
